Yahweh is Good

    I have greatly struggled with what to title my blog. There are many reasons that Tobiah Room seems fitting. I cannot remember exactly how God brought this term/name to my attention. I only remember the power of its meaning and how it spoke to me. Tobiah means "Yahweh is good". After all the things I have endured in my life this simple yet powerful word seems to encompass the truth that God ultimately desired for me to believe and proclaim. It combats the central lie that deep down I truly believed but could not see. It was the lie that God was in fact not good and therefore could not be trusted. From there stems every other lie I have believed about God and myself. Tobiah Room represents my journey from one place of lies and oppression to another place of truth and freedom. My desire with this blog is to tell of the saving grace of God that is bringing me into the Tobiah Room and invite you to journey there with me.
